Hand-crafted by talented artist , who was able to start up her business with a loan from , was invited by His Majesty The King to exhibit her willow sculptures, including the Maran cockerel, on the Orchard Lawns at Highgrove.

Sculpted from British willow, interwoven with wire and bronze wire and shaped around a steel armature, the contrasting willow colours in this Maran cockerel create form and definition. Each sculpture is finished with a coating of linseed oil and turpentine solution to preserve and protect it.
